Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Windspeed VPN, you agree to these Terms of Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms occasionally and will notify you by email and in-app at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One subscription covers personal use across the device count listed on your plan. Sharing credentials with people outside your household, reselling access, or using Windspeed for commercial routing without an enterprise agreement is not permitted.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Windspeed to break the law in your jurisdiction, distribute malware, send spam, attack networks, or infringe intellectual property. We don't monitor traffic, but if we receive a credible legal complaint we will investigate, and abusive accounts may be suspended without refund.
Subscriptions & Billing
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription — request a full refund within 15 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.99% uptime across the global network. We perform routine maintenance and may take individual servers offline briefly; clients automatically reconnect to the next-best location. Windspeed is provided as-is and we don't guarantee specific speeds, which depend on your local network and ISP.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Windspeed and its affiliates aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of severe abuse. On termination, your access ends and personal data is deleted per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of our company's registered jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where allowed by law, with both parties retaining the right to seek injunctive relief in court for IP claims.
